@Cody172 If you offer a motorized vehicle in conjunction with an Airbnb booking, be aware that Airbnb's coverage for damage and liability does not extend to anything that leaves the boundaries of your property, and they do not charge a deposit on your behalf. So if the guest were to crash your golf cart, you'd rely solely on your own insurance plan to recover the losses, and the same goes if they sued you for personal injury.
There are a lot of hosts out there who are also able to rent out vehicles and sports equipment, but the overwhelming consensus is that this should be done as a separate transaction outside of Airbnb. You want to be sure you've followed all the procedures required by your insurance and collected a direct payment (including deposit) that isn't under the control of your listing service. But there's nothing wrong with stating in your listing that your business offers golf carts for rental.
