Guest and Host Communication

Hi,

As a host mostly on the go, what is the easiest way you have found to communicate with guests? Is the airbnb website always 100% reliable or is email and text communication encouraged?

@Tsering6 we have never had an issue with the Airbnb messaging system. Communicating off-platform is not clever if things go wrong as Airbnb will not be able to see what was said by whom and when.
