Guest cancel

I have been having guests cancel at the last minute, what could be the advice

Try to get your place ready for check-in, and search for your listing on Airbnb (while not logged in to your own account). You may see that your place ranks highly just after a cancellation, so if you are ready (and perhaps add a discount), you may get a last-minute booking.

What is your cancellation policy?  If it is flexible then yes guests can cancel with 24 hours notice but on the plus side, the Airbnb algorithm will place your listing higher because you are so flexible.  However, this means that if you don't have a last minute reservation to make up for this cancellation, then you will be out of pocket
