Guest was due and hadn’t paid, air b said they would not do anything it was up to me to cancel, the guest had great reviews, but because air b refused to help I had to not let her stay. Anyone else finding airb staff being less helpful
@Nicola2231 . Did you try calling the guest on the number provided with booking? Irrespective of other reviews, how were your interactions with the guest to this point?
If you cant replace the booking at very short notice I wouldnt cancel, just write a review stating they were a no show, no payment, at least to warn other hosts.
