Thanks for sharing this—it’s really frustrating when guests don’t give you a chance to resolve an issue during their stay.
One thing that’s helped me a lot is checking in with guests from time to time—just a quick message to see if everything’s going well or if they need anything. I’ve found it not only leaves a good impression, but also gives guests the opportunity to mention any problems before check-out.
