Guest reported me and lied

Recently a guest reported me to support saying the place was filthy, dishes in the sink, dirty sheets, clogged drains, dirty damp towels and full garbage cans. This is completely untrue and weirdly enough gave me a great review with 5 stars! She said the issue was resolved so support said not to worry and this will not be made public, but it will go on my record. I don't know why she did this. She was not asking for a refund but they did break one of my fishing poles and said it was previously patched (it wasn't) but it was an old pole and I did not charge them nor did they offer to pay for it.

 

How do I report a guest for reporting me and telling such complete and utter BS? They should not get away with that without me being able to respond.

It is not clear to me what you mean by "She said the issue was resolved ". She (the guest) contacted Airbnb again to withdraw her complaints ? Or she (the CS rep) mentioned this to you ?
