In the past when I have had a clear-cut case of a guest breaking airbnb's rules, I have 99% of the time been able to have the review removed. Recently, this has not been the case. The AI they started using to remove reviews NEVER removes a review and noone on the phone, including three supervisors, seem to have the ability to overrule the AI. I had a guest physically assault me and try to break into my neighbor's home a couple months back and airbnb refused to remove the review unless I had them doing said actions on camera. Even a police report was insufficient. Ofc the actions occurred inside and on my neighbors property without cameras so I have no footage of anything. This seems to be the straw that is breaking this camel's back ATM.
