Guest threatening child’s privacy

Hello, after 3 years and 60ish 5 star reviews, we had our first awful experience.  The guest is falsely claiming a 2” scratch on their car was caused by my child’s bicycle, in an attempt to get a free 3-night holiday stay.  There are lots of reasons it’s absurd, and we are slowly working through the review process.

What I want to ask is what recourse do I have regarding their threat (within their public review) to disseminate videos of my 6-year-old children bicycling in our driveway? It is against Virginia law to record minors without parental consent, and against AirBnB’s Content Policy (“Content that is illegal or that violates another person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights”).

However, the agents I’ve connected with continue to say there is nothing that meets the criteria for removal and they will allow the review to stand.  While the content is untrue, I don’t care as much about that (I figure all the other positive reviews will outweigh it) as I do about protecting my children.  I just want the part about how to get videos of my children removed.

Any help? I would really like to get in touch with someone that has the authority to help.  It feels like a serious safety and privacy concern, and I’ve unlisted my home as a precaution to keep my kids safe while trying to navigate this situation.
