@Annamaria55  Neither of your posts give any information. Are you asking a question? Just telling everyone that your guests aren't following the rules? If you are asking for help, it would be useful to make that clear and state what exactly is happening.

So what do you do about guest who don’t follow house rules? Just write a bad review? I have a no smoking and no party rule. After check out I went to clean. There were cigarette butt all over the outside of the house. They stayed 3 nights and there were over 20 garbage bags most filled with bottles of alcohol. There were only 5 guest. Is there a formal complaint process?

No if they break your house rules your ultimate sanction is to ask Airbnb to cancel the booking @Timothy329 

If you are hosting remotely use CCTV so you can monitor to ensure only guests who book are using your place.
