I am renting a villa in villamoura and the heated pool option was €300 when booking. They've just increased the charge to €450 because they don't have any customers the week before me. Is this fair?

Hi @Nan10603
You can perhaps put together an argument from these links:

Buongiorno @Nan10603 ,
no, it is not fair, we have an external heated hot tub in Venice and we charge the same whether we have guests in the previous days or not we have them 😉

No absolutely not @Nan10603
Just remind the host that you paid extra for this facility based on the price advertised when you booked.
It is against Airbnb's T&C for them to try and charge a higher fee than advertised on their listing .
involve Airbnb if they keep trying to push this .
