The number you provided to Airbnb appears in the reservation, and guests can use it to contact you. Their phone number also appears in the reservation, so you can contact them as well. If your number is connected to WhatsApp, they can message you there too.

However, I strongly advise that you stick to the Airbnb messaging system, unless it is an emergency or when absolutely necessary before check-in if guests do not have Wi-Fi and are not responding on the Airbnb platform.

You want all communication with guests to remain on the Airbnb chat so that Airbnb can review it if you ever need their support or if there is a dispute.
