My concerns are:

1) Brand New Host/Listing with no reviews to date

2) Host and Co-Host photos look stock to me

@Laura7540 it looks absolutely fine to me given that the host has 13 reviews as a guest so is surely legit. Just don't pay anything outside of Airbnb and you will be protected.
