Help! Unsatisfied two-face guest returned. How to continue?

We currently have a repeat guest who just returned. A couple of days into this current stay, she had left us a poor rating for her previous stay at our place. She had the audacity to do it while she's still staying at our place! We welcomed back this guest with open arms, but didn't discover her true feelings (the poor rating) until a couple of days after checking back in. She still has multiple nights remaining. We have a strong feeling she will post another poor rating or worse. How do we even continue with this guest?

 

Our average is 4.4 stars. We feel like we just got back stabbed. This hurts us.

Hi @Ko19 , While we look forward to the insights from other Hosts, I wished to check in how you are handling this guest? Is it still an ongoing booking?

 

Did you eventually communicate with the guest regarding their previous experience and what needed to be improved based on their stay?
