I'm sorry to hear that your start has been difficult, but It’s great that you’ve reached out to our host community, you’ll find all the help you need here.

To get better help from our host community, I recommend requesting a listing critique. This will help you understand why you're not receiving bookings.

The good news is all fixable Guests love you.

Your overall rating is below Airbnb's standard of 4.8.  That will effect what page your displayed on in the search.

Things like location or value can be fixed by putting some changes to your ad listing.  Remember the Guest only knows what you share, they have never seen your rental.

Review amenities average is about 30 include everything again then the Guest knows what is offered.

Update your listings often.  That changes Date Modified which the Airbnb computer looks at for new or old.

Try Airbnb Custom Discount on your calendar a discount of 20% will turb on some Airbnb Marketing.

Hi Veronica,

I manage Airbnbs for a living and am happy to share some general advice.

Your listing really needs full listing optimization! Your photos could use an upgrade but they are usable for now. Most importantly you just need to fill out you listing details! You description is one sentence, but you should be using nearly every available character, to provide as much value as you can in the description. Fill this out in detail to attract more guests. Make sure to fill out the "Your Property" section as well, use this to describe what the location and rooms of your home are like.

Next, you should craft a more intriguing title for your listing. Include something about your location, the cute style of the home, or your top amenities in the title!

Make sure to fill out every section you can on the listing editor, including going through the amenities and checking off everything you offer.

Doing these simple things can be a great start to seeing increased traffic to your listing and bookings. The small things really add up and make a difference 🙂 This will help your listing be presented to perspective travelers in an attractive way!
