Answered!

Hi

Hello, I’m new to hosting and I need some help. My listing hasn’t been getting any bookings, and it hasn’t moved much in search results. Can you please help me understand what I can do to improve visibility and get more reservations? I would really appreciate your support. Thank you

Beautiful house wow!  Congratulations!

Turn om the Airbnb New Listing Discount really helps get you started.

I think a couple of oversights.  It says No Essentials.  Maybe a full size refrigerator not mini.  I think a stove is available.

Doesn't appear there is a pool fence within the property so you just need to disclose that, I think under security.

Even if no gas stove most US states require a carbon dioxide monitur if attached garage for a rental property.  That is an easy fix I bought online and it just plugs in.

Then reconsider your target market.  A beautiful house like yours the type of Guest you want to target is not a group that has guests sleeping in your living room  It isn't an economy property crowd the property.  Where you sleep only show 4 bedrooms, remove living room.

Your advertising to a  group of 10 but dining table has 5 chairs?

You list an outdoor kitchen outdoor dining, no pictures reflect the spaces and so I can't picture.

10 is a large group, and it effects how Airbnb Search dis[plays you because pricing.  The best way to handle this is usually 2 to a bedroom, set price for 8 and then add if 9 or 10.

Actually most rentals try to avoid children haha.  Use the fact that you don't and all your accommodations to welcome children a highlight especially with your beautiful backyard.

A family has to entertain their children lol.  Create some Airbnb Guidebooks give potential guests ideas.

Hi @Yngrid6

Congratulations on your new listing! The house looks pristine, was it a different kind of rental previously or will your next Airbnb guests be the very first occupants?

I hope you don't mind, I added a link to your listing to your post -I'm hoping that with easier access, more hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback, adding to what Marie has already kindly shared. 🙂

Thanks,

Emilie
