Horrible experience with the host, they said they would follow policy misleading us. They lied and put a review that we went to the property.

The host said they would honor Airbnb policy and lead us to believe we would be getting our money back. I have never been so upset in my life. To lose $3600 and never ever went to the property. The host said that we went there and we didn't. They put a review saying we went there. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!! Airbnb doesn't care at all. I called several times and they say the host is in control. My number is **. I emailed ** I'm trying to fix this issue before I go on every social media platform to tell everyone what happened to me with this host on Airbnb. This isn't fair and a very bad look on Airbnb. This reservation was done under my wife's account. Reservation ID: **

The information is not complete to detect what exactly happened.

 

Did your wife wanted to cancel the reservation before (or on) the check-in date ?

What was the cancellation policy attached to the reservation ?

Was the reservation 28 nights or more ?

Where can the review be found, as it is in your wife's account.
