Account was suspended and I’ve only been told to wait for the trust team to respond. I’ve emailed them back every 72 hours. Support team just tells me to wait. I’ve been suspended for over 3 weeks without them telling me what they need and without me fully even understanding what happened. I’m a super host and have been hosting for around 3 years with no issues till now.
Is there a way to get trust to respond to you faster? I’m about to go bankrupt because of this… just looking for help or a solution as I’m very confused and just want to get things going in the right direction again and get clarity.

I noticed you own 16 listings, but 7 of them are suspended.
I read in reviews some guests complained about "construction work'"
Maybe it gives a clue what might be the reason for suspension ?
Just the units i am the host on are suspended as its my account specifically.
I know it’s not because of the temporary construction. We make sure guests aknowledge the construction before booking and have it in the listings while the building undergoes upgrades.
Do you know of any way to get Trust to actually respond in a timely manner?
