I noticed for super host I’m at 3.33% cancellation. I contacted Airbnb as we have cancelled no one. They said “oh that’s when others cancel” - that’s totally out of my control. The could have found somewhere cheaper or decided not to travel etc - Thoughts on this one?
No @PeeJay0 , the Superhost cancellation statistic is only host cancellations.
You can look back through your bookings and see which ones have the status "canceled". Try to figure out which of those may have been processed as host cancellations instead of guest cancellations.
