Host Standards violations

Hi all,

 

I got an email from Airbnb notifying me of "Host Standards violations" for the following points:

  1. Misleading or inaccurate information about the type, nature, or details of listings, and/or not delivering listings as advertised
  2. Cleanliness issues in violation of Airbnb hospitality standards
Reports are associated with the following listings:
  • Villa Mireguy, 100m from the beach in La Capte

 

Looking at the reviews on my page (4.6/5) I am not really sure what they are referring to... so I contacted the customer service whose answer was basically to translate the email I got in English into French (the listing is in France).

Though my question was to actually help me understand what was the reason behind their email. It seems that they do everything not to answer to this...

 

Any other host having similar issues?

From looking at your reviews it looks like you have been marked down for cleanliness and accuracy.

 

You can go into your reviews and see which guests are marking you down on these areas. Have you taken up these issues with the agency managing your place. They should be monitoring the cleaners to ensure they are up to scratch if you are regularly getting these sorts of ratings.

 

You also have the option to contact the guests who are marking you down in these areas to get an understanding of why they marked you down, so where there are valid criticisms you can raise these issues with your letting agency @Olivier954
