Hello 👋
My name is L.J. and I've been hosting here in N.Y. for a few years now but I was wondering if any of you could provide some advice/insight on how to proceed in a unique situation... im sure alot of you are familiar with insurance agencies that book stays on behalf of their clients who are displaced due to personal reasons, fire, renovations, etc.
Currently I have additional guests staying at my property then what was told to me by insurance agent and that exceeds the number of guests on the reservation in which I had already adjusted the nightly cost to accommodate their budget for a 31 stay. Do I contact insurance company for additional compensation on exceeded guests or Do I go through Airbnb support first? They checked in 24hrs ago.
Thank you
