@Paula I started the short-term rental business on August 1st. Business was best in August, with an occupancy rate of 70%. In a few months, the occupancy rate was still 60%. In October, the occupancy rate was only 50%. I would like to ask friends with experience how the occupancy rate of short-term rentals in Toronto has changed over the year.
