Hello some help please a guest left a large burn mark on my dining table, I requested monies but they declined I then submitted to resolutions centre who came back and asked for proof of repair purchase etc it took me a few weeks to find a company locally who did cosmetic repairs who advised that it was not repairable. AIRBNB just get hassling me saying they were going to close the claim as I had not provided evidence and will not answer my correspondence. Anyone else had this problem and any tips to help me get payment under the Host Guarantee Programme as above if you google you cannot ever find the actual form they refer to any help appreciated
I'm in same boat my kitchen work top was burnt in my home as shared house but the only paid a small fraction as they said it could be repaired but iv been told by professional it need to be replaced so now left with no resolution and burn top I can't afford to replace
@Laura4885 You are, I suspect, in a difficult situation in that unless you buy a new table Airbnb won't recompense you and yet if you do buy a new table they will likely only pay a fraction of the cost unless you can prove the damaged table was new (ie you have a recent receipt). I fear you will have to put up with the burn mark or claim on your contents policy.

We are in the same situation. We had a guest that trespassed on our property and disturbed previous guests that were staying at the time. We called Airbnb to try to cancel this guest and they told us we could not without a penalty and a negative review. We knew that this gas was going to damage our property and they indeed did. Damaged over $1000 to our property and now we are in the same situation as you, we have submitted everything they have requested but cannot find the payment request form. I have called in I have sent messages and I have emailed every correspondence with no answer and no help to the host guarantee payment request form. Need help- now Airbnb says must get e form signed within 30 days but no one answers my messages. They see a manageable reach out to me in 24 to 48 hours but no one ever does.
Also wondering where to get the host guarantee payment request form? Air bnb need to make this process easier for those that have suffered a loss due to inconsiderate air bnb guests

Hi guys - I just got off a call with Airbnb customer support. It looks like this form doesn't actually exist... the person I spoke to said that what they're probably asking for is for you to fill out an "Aircover request" here: https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions/create/select-receiver?category=request
In my case, I'd already done this. The person I spoke to said sometimes the support person emailing you won't have seen that this is done... so to respond to the message letting them know you've already submitted an Aircover request. Frustrating, I know.
Hola: he sufrido daños en mi vivienda que comuniqué en momento y forma. Después de contactar varias veces con Airbnb para interesarme por la evolución de mi solicitud. Solo recibo un correo electrónico informándome de que están revisando mi caso, sin más información. Un mes después del suceso me informan tras llamar por tercera vez por teléfono, que tengo que reclamar la ayuda de airbnb mediante otro formulario. Cuando relleno el formulario me contestan por mail que la solicitud está fuera de plazo (es decir, que envié el segundo formulario del que no se me había informado hasta un mes después, fuera de las 72 horas de plazo que supuestamente dan) y por ese motivo la rechazan. Al intentar ponerme en contacto con alguna persona que me de explicaciones me vuelven a reoetir este procedimiento por teléfono, cosa que no habían hecho en el momento en que informé de los hechos. No he conseguido aun que me comuniquen con alguien de responsabilidad que no se dedique a repetir como un loro lo que me deberían haber dicho hace un mes y omitieron con alevosía.
Sin embargo, he sido penalizada este año dos veces: la primera por anular una reserva por no poder cumplir con el servicio de limpieza que creo es necesario y obligatorio y la segunda porque una huésped se quejó de falta de limpieza y me penalizaron pagándome solo media noche.
Si alguien sabe como comunicarse con alguien de la plataforma que pueda resolver una incidencia de este tipo, por favor, que me lo comunique.

“Host Damage Protection Payment Request Form” means Airbnb’s standard form as amended from time to time, accessible through the Resolution Center or by contacting customer service directly, that a Host uses to request payment from Airbnb pursuant to these Host Damage Protection Terms.
Not really a form, rather their Aircover process where you upload photos/receipts and description of damage and links to replacement products.
Tip - take photos or video of your entire place, because if you don't have an original receipt, you need a photo of missing items. Also, don't clean yourself because you will not be reimbursed. You need an invoice from a cleaning service.
