Host has no previous reviews for their property

I'm tempted by a listing, but which has no previous reviews. The host has 9 reviews as a guest elsewhere, but there are no property reviews for his listing, so nothing to go on. Tips, please?

@Adrian 2795 Message the host through an inquiry and ask them any questions you are curious about and the replies should reassure or not . Most hosts are happy to engage with their guests ,if not then maybe its not the place for you H
