Hosting a digital space in VR

Would AirBNB allow renting to a virtual space where visitors visited virtually only?  Such as a VR headset in a 3D rendered world.

I doubt it, but perhaps you could pitch it as an Airbnb Experience. There would have to be something really unique about the virtual space though I think for it to appeal to enough people.
