@S--Melody0 Good morning! Took a look at your listings. Cute space. I have never been to Jamaica. On my bucket list.
My first suggestion would be to include pics of the actual beach and surrounding attractions. Add info about your area in your description. What are the attractions, why do guests visit Old Harbour, who visits Old Harbour? Speak to them in your headline and description.
I read no hot water? It's understood you're in a tropical area however I still like a hot shower. Is that really the case no hot water?
Your price point is very reasonable. To sleep 8 guests for $126 per night is very inexpensive so I don't think pricing is your issue, unless maybe in the guest's eyes they might think something is wrong with it to sleep 8 for such a low price point.
On the whole house listing your first pic is the exterior of home and the next 4 photos are of the same bedroom at different angles. Your first 5 pics should be the best pics. What I normally do for my first 5 is best pic 1st whether it's a view or outdoor space, if you can include a water view without being misleading that would be great, 2nd pic best bedroom pic, 3rd best living area pic, 4th best kitchen pic and 5th best bathroom pic. That way they are seeing most of the listing when they first click on your listing.
You don't have a lot of reviews as of yet so that can make you show lower in the sort. Be sure to reach out to every guest after their stay to explain the importance of their review of your space.
Hope this helps! 😊
