How can I get more booking?

I have been a host for almost a year and I am already a super host. I also think my unit is reasonably price and cheaper than some of the other units with the same quality. I have a good rating (not as many as the others) and the reviews are good, but I don’t have a lot of bookings these days. Some months I have under 50% occupancy rate. How do i get more bookings without lowering my price too much and driving down the price marking and fill up my calendar? I have tried giving big discounts for longer stay but I still didn’t have a lot of longterm bookings. Any advice will be helpful, thank you very much.

Hi Skolastika, 

I can advise you to take some pictures without the drying rack, without the vacuum cleaner, with the curtains straight etc now it looks like you have not a lot of space. Where do the guests need to place their stuff if you can’t even place the cleaningstuff? 

I miss some pictures of the surrounding and the building. 

sometimes you have to adjust the prices, than you’ll get higher in the search engine.
