How does a guest change their payment type?

From a guest:

 

"But when I booked, I meant to click pay with [Swedish BNPL] installments. Is it possible to cancel the reservation and then rebook it so I can choose this  option? "

 

I then instructed the guest to cancel and re-request the booking with the installment option.

 

The guest then wrote "I tried to do it and it’s not going to refund me the entire cost."

 

Is there a way for her to get the entire cost back?

 

Please advise.
