Please help me out.
The Safety team contacted me on the 2nd of December regarding a reservation.
I responded immediately to the Safety team. The Safety team didn't wait for my response and immediately closed my listing.
The guest made a fake report after her stay that she had an unsafe situation (nothing happened, she just wanted to receive a refund).
Since the 2nd of December, they have not responded anymore to my messages and they also haven't sent an official warning or suspension email.
This is regarding my listing: 6874707 , Casa Miradouro (A)
Since the 2nd of December I have:
- Send many messages to the Safety team (No response)
- Called the support line many times ( No assistance at all)
- Made 2 official complaints via the P2B complaints form (No response)
I'm now 11 days further and since the first message from the Safety team (2nd December)
asking for information about one reservation, nobody from Airbnb was able to respond to me and explain to me what is going on.
Is there someone here who can help me??
I've been a host for 8 years, I have on my account 1000+ reviews.
It is not professional how this department of Airbnb treats hosts.
One guest made a false complaint about an 'unsafe' situation (from day 1 she arrived she asked for refunds for different reasons, all denied by me and Airbnb during her stay), and the Safety team closed immediately a listing without doing any investigation.
I need to open my listing urgently.
Please let me know if someone can forward my case to the right person so someone can assist me with this.
