You have to look at two things. Lack of bookings to Airbnb Search means lack of traffic which then lowers where you are displayed.
Changes need to be made so if we get you higher someone does book.

Airbnb gives you about 5 pages that you can write. Potential Guests know this your listing has 1 brief paragraph. You are competing against Hosts that provide information, A Guest is going to choose what they feel is a good fit, you don't tell me if you are a good fit.
It is marketing you for 10 Guests, then it says 3 beds, Where do the other 4 sleep?
You describe luxury but then 10 people with 3 bedroom. Contradictory to advertise luxury accommodations but over crowding of space. Use Airbnb Room Folders- to organize photos for potential guests and to populate a where you sleep on your front page.
