@Pricilia0 to attract more guests you will have to improve your management of the listings. To move a group (with a disabled person)  from a ground floor 3 bed to a 2 bed upstairs flat is just not acceptable. Until you get to an overall rating above 4.8 or 4.9 people are likely to book elsewhere before they book with you.
