How to encourage happy guests to continue leave comments?

Hello, I am Host on Airbnb for 9 months now. At the beginning it was easy to have comments. Great ones. For the last weeks, guests do not leave comments anymore. But they write directly to me or call me to explain how great it was and that they will come back. I am happy about that but I would be happy to have them comment this on the website. It seems that they want to keep the place "secret". Did this happened to you? How did you react? Thanks for your ideas

Agreed - I have the same problem. Too many of my guests don't post public reviews. I don't want to push them to post a review (even those who have said they enjoyed the stay), in case they get annoyed and post something negative.

As far as I can tell, Airbnb already automatically reminds them 3 times (on check-out day, after a week, and again just before the 14-day deadline). If the host also sends reminders, I'm sure it can easily get annoying. I have no advice for you, but I'll follow this thread!
