How to get more booking?

Hi, I have 2story historical house with 5 bedrooms 2 shared bathrooms.

i only get booking in June and during football season.

how do I get more booking on other months.

Hello Alex,

Thanks for reaching out. Claire has a nice place. I would tell Claire, she may want to invest in twin beds vs all King sizes beds in each room. Maybe in 2 rooms w. king size and maximize with twin beds or double/queen beds in the other rooms. Everybody does not want to sleep with some one. I would also improve the bathroom amenities.  Other than that, thats it. Maybe offer some outdoor sitting.

Tú lugar es bonito. Yo pondría al menos dos dormitorios con camas simples. 

Quizás buscar un fotógrafo profesional que haga ver la casa con otra perspectiva también ayude.

También tienes que ver las reservas de los anuncios de alrededor, quizás no seas la única que solo alquila en junio y el problema es que no hay turismo en otra época del año. 

Ojea el calendario de las casas similares a la tuya 😊

Perhaps hiring a professional photographer to showcase your home from a different perspective could also help.

You should also check the bookings of other listings nearby. Maybe you’re not the only one who only gets rentals in June, and the issue is that there isn’t much tourism during other times of the year.
