Could really use some advice as how to handle mess after my last guests. We do require insurance purchase. Just started listing in April, booked thru August as we are on Lake Erie. It has been a learning curve, but we havent had any real issues until our past weekend guests. Vomit on carpet, on walls, didnt follow rules at departure, garbage removal etc. would appreciate any advice as to how others handle this issue.
@William2410 Ideally review quickly (and honestly) and hope they review you in return. Then make a claim under Aircover but prepare to be disappointed. Extra cleaning is rarely paid out so perhaps don't bother claiming!
Hi @William2410 hopefully you have taken photos/videos of the mess. Ask your cleaners to provide you with an invoice for additional cleaning then follow @Mike-And-Jane0 ´s advice
