I can’t write a review for a recent guest.

I receive this error when I try to leave a review for a guest that checked out today:

 

You don't have access to the review you are attempting to write. You are logged in with

(Insert email) as your login credential.

Ensure you are using the right account.

It may help to first confirm that you're logged into the Airbnb account associated with the specific guest booking. Sometimes, being signed into multiple accounts can create session conflicts, which might be causing this issue. Logging out and then back in might also refresh the session and clear up any access problems.

 

If the error persists, clearing your browser's cache or using a different device or browser to leave the review could help resolve any browser-specific issues.

 

Lastly, if none of these steps work, contacting Airbnb support may be necessary to ensure your account has the correct permissions to leave the review.

@Alexander1881 , I had the same issue the other day. I only have one Airbnb account so  there couldn’t have been an issue with sign on credentials (I was already signed in to my account writing a review). I was on the page of the review process where you actually wrote the review when I got the message. Airbnb allowed me to begin the review but stopped me at the written comments. I ended up leaving the review process and went back in without signing out or in, start from scratch and it worked. Strange if you ask me.
