I just discovered how flawed the review system is ...............

A recent guest gave me all 5 stars in the sub categories cleanliness, value for money, location....etc. Then gave me an over all score of 4 stars. 

I questioned this with airbnb and the bottom line was that she could give all 5 stars and an overall 1 star if she wanted!

How can this be right?  Airbnb was not interested it was like talking to a robot that just repeated the same answer over and over again...... "you have to ask the guest to remove the review......."

What's the point in this system?  The most important thing that I have learnt from this is never speak over the phone, always in chat so you have a record of the conversation.
