Make sure in the right category because that effects the search your listing says home it should be room.

People renting a room want a dresser and a closet and essentials,  Right now yours says you donador have those.

Your description says kitchen available for coffee.  If you are limiting use, I would suggest just offer a coffee maker in room.

What is your market?  If you have an idea of your market then you can identify and highlight in your description why your the best choice.

If your market  is a reservation for at least a few days,  Invest in a tv.  I just wall mounted smart tvs and I have wi-fi, all my guest have their owsn streaming account.
