Hi! I had a guest cancel a reservation. I wanted to confirm that their cancellation, won’t affect my Superhost status.
Her reservation wasn’t until March so she still had free cancellation. Just wanted to make sure my Superhost won’t be penalized for that.

@Gabby84 As long as you are not the one processing the cancellation on behalf of your guest, you don't need to worry about a guest's cancellation, it won't affect your Superhost status. The Superhost program evaluates hosts based on several criteria, but guest cancellations do not negatively impact your status. Hope this helps!
