Increase in bookings, fire pit

Hello.   I am new to airbnb as a host. I am near Yosemite national park. I am thinking of getting a propane fire pit. I m wondering what features like a propane fire pit have helped get more bookings if any?

@Paul6775   I have seen several discussion threads about the pros and cons, mostly cons, about offering a firepit as an amenity.  Perhaps if you did a search you might find some very useful information in addition to your own post.  Just a thought.
