Hi there,
Just a question:
When a Guest book today for next year and the booking includes an infant.
Come next year, when the guest book in, the infant is no longer an infant, but a child, 2 years or older.
Should the Guests be listed as a infant or child as at the date of check in, calculating the age as at the date of book in ?
Or how does this work please ?

Hi @Eugene256
Unfortunately the guest is not required to provide proof of age of the infant and they are not really counted as a guest. For this reason, I actually added a house rule which you may consider doing as well.
Here is actually two house rules I have had to include throughout the years of hosting.
• If a guest brings more people than were booked, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.
• All children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which cannot exceed 8, including infants.
I hope this helps!
