Hello everyone or anyone, I’m trying to book an house on Airbnb using gift card balance. So My gift card balance lowers the the price of the house on the initial payment. But when I tried to pay the remaining balance with my chime card, it does not go through

What kind of message displays when you try to put your payment through?

It often is a good indicator of what to do next, so if you could let us know I am sure other hosts will be able to advise you 🙂

Hi @Andre19004 

Open your Chime app and check for any security or declined transaction alerts and add Airbnb as a trusted merchant, or contact Chime support to allow the transaction.
