Instant booking

Can someone explain to me how a guest with zero reviews that should have a great  track record be able to book automatically with out our approval?

If you have "Instant Booking" turned on, anyone can book your place automatically no matter now long they have had an account or how many trips they have or have not taken.  You can get a guest who has just created a profile and reserved your property as their very first reservation through Airbnb with instant booking.  It's up to you to decide whether you want instant booking or if you would rather have a guest request to book instead so you have more control over who reserves your property.

@Maria24451 The Good track record setting means that guests have "completed a reservation without incident or bad reviews". Do you think this was not the case here? If so have you flagged it to the Support team, who have access to the detail of the reservation and can investigate further?
