I have 1-2 reviews which just seem very inappropriate because of the language and intensity of the words used by guests it just feels very bad
Would it be okay if I can share the content in the reviews to seek opinions of other people in the community, while also hoping to learn how to cope up with this as a host in the best possible manner
“This is my first post in the community center, still learning and exploring this place 😃”
Let me know if I ended up mentioning something which isn’t adhering to the guidelines
Hello @Karun27 👋
A huge welcome to the Community Center! It's great to have you here with us. You've come to the right place as we're here to support you!
You can absolutely share your reviews here - it might be worth bleeping out the language used though as it might get caught in the content filter. You can also share them here as an image and we can ask some of our experienced hosts to support you in replying, and also advise if you need to contact Airbnb customer support.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Rebecca
@Karun27 If you post the reviews here and moderators object then it will show that Airbnb should have dealt with the review in the first place (assuming you have reported the language)
Most review platforms have moderation policies in place, especially for inappropriate or offensive content. If a review contains hate speech, personal attacks, or violations of platform guidelines, you can usually report it for review. However, if it’s just a harsh critique, responding professionally and addressing concerns can help maintain your reputation as a host. Seeking feedback from the community is a great approach, as it can offer perspective and help you navigate such situations better. I have faced somewhat similar behavior with one of my clients at techtobard.com, but thankfully, we were able to recover that profile.
Hi @Karun27
I can see across your listings you have a number of what Airbnb sees as low ratings which can put your listings at risk of being suspended .
guests are complaining of cleanliness and lack of maintenance issues is this what you're referring to?
