Issue with a guest

I had a guest stay at my home during the Hurricane.  They were trying to escape the Hurricane since they lived in the Tampa, Florida area.  Of course my home lost power because of the high winds.  My guest was upset that I didn't have a generator.  The description of my home and amenity's does not mention having a generator.  They are looking for some type of discount or partial reimbursement.  What are your thoughts?  I don't want to receive a poor review considering this was out of my hands.

@Pedro2227    Peter, did they complete their stay?  For multiple weeks in advance of this storm, it was shown 24/7 on every news and weather channel, that the storm cone was going to come right across the Tampa area, and ultimately up and into your property area.    Who in their right mind doesn't expect that there is a high probability that something may happen?   Anyone who assigns blame to what happened,..well Ron White the comedian said it best.    It's up to you to provide some type of partial refund if you wish,...we have during flooding from an unexpected and lingering tropical storm.   As far as the review goes, don't sweat it.   Choose not to review the guest and if the guest leaves a bad review because of an act of God, C.S. should immediately have it removed.

IM me if you want to talk generator pros and cons.

@Greg2406 They left one day early and I offered to reimburse them for the day.  You don't think I should give them a bad review?  There is more to the story and I'm worried she may be a scammer or has a history of this shadiness.  She also slipped and fell in my home because apparently my tile floor is shinny and slick.  There was some water on the floor and she slipped and fell on her head.  She called 911 and the ambulance came to check on her.  I did see her get wheeled away on my outside ring camera.  She was back the same night and looked fine to me.  Her biggest concern was not having the generator but I'm afraid this is just the beginning.  Do I bring this to Airbnb's attention?

@Pedro2227

It is not necessary to leave a review, it is at your discretion.   Did you talk to the other Hosts that have hosted this guest before?  Was there a water leak in the property?  How did the water get on the floor?

Not sure what more to the story there may be.  If you have an issue or suspicion, by all means, document everything and get with ABB CS.   Again, the generator concern is a non-issue.
