The app told me there was an issue with my payout type and to delete it an add it back again. I deleted it and when I went to add it back again it sends me to a screen that says enter the type of payout below and we will contact you. I have been calling support and I keep getting transferred.

That is odd...what payout method were you using before?
I don't believe you can add a credit card as a payout method. You can only use a debit card with Payoneer or if using Fastpay.

If the debit card you are using is with Payoneer or Fastpay, then I would try deleting it and then re-adding it.
Yes it's very odd it doesn't even let me add anything it takes me to that screen I sent the screen shot of. I have been calling them and can not get support on this they tell me a different group has to handle it.
yes it actually told me to do that and once I deleted it then the message I sent appeared when I tried to add it.
If you have pending payouts...I would add a bank account until this gets resolved. You can also add PayPal as a option.
