Nice, well-written listing with great photos — and you already have strong reviews.

One small thing to consider: you advertise space for 11 guests, but the dining table only seats 8. You might want to clarify this in the description or add extra seating to align expectations.

I am just a little confused with your sleeping arrangements...

You state that it sleeps up to 11 guests.

Your photo trail shows and describes:

Bedroom 1 = a double bed

B2 = 2 singles

B3 = 1 single

B4 = 2 singles...

that adds to 7 people.

You mention adding 2 portable child beds... now totals 9 people.

Where do the other 2 people sleep?

Just a detail that may need clarifying...
