If you are marketing to six guests, your photos only show 2 beds and your dining table is a small four person set up. More guests doesn't generate a higher income from your rental if not a comfortable experience for maybe 6 adults for 7 days of vacationing.
If you are marketing to families remember they know children under 2 don't count as a guest . If they have 2 older children and 1 younger, they will look at 4 guests they don't want to pay for the infant.
Change your as to focus on that market. You have some items highlight and maybe some kid dishes and a porto crib.
Parents= show fenced back yard laundry set up things they are interested in when traveling. When we had rentals that took kids, simple things like putting a simple chain high on the door because 5 year old's can turn a door knob when mom goes the bathroom haha. Prevents an unexcused exit by a child.
Why are you a good vacation rental for my family? What can I visit? Airbnb gives you about 5 pages to put information. Your one line compared to others in the area doesn't encourage..
