We are a month into our ABB listing, and have had our first "weird" guest situation. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but our 4 guests, who were booked for 3 nights, went into our storage bins under the bed and took out another full set of towels (we leave 4 towels of each size so 4 wash cloths, 4 hand towels, 4 bath towels) without contacting me. We only found out after check-out. My question is, would this situation warrant a reduction in the rating I leave for the guest, or do I suck it up and realize anything in the bins under the bed is fair game to the guests and it's my fault for not expressly stating they can't help themselves? I guess the whole premise of leaving scaled reviews is just new to us and where do you draw the line between a 5 star and 4 star review?
