Longer Stays

What are your recommendations for guest who stay longer than 30 days in your home? Do you offer House cleaning and how often.

As a host do you leave extra or how much linens/towels do you leave in the home?

@Inez70 for anything over about 10 days we offer a weekly linen change. This means we get to check the way the place is being looked after.

I have only done 30 days max on airbnb, and the guest paid the full price so we carry on as normal were we clean twice a week change the towels twice a week change the bedding once a week, there was no discount in any of them bookings,

We do have some villas were we switched to LTR because of covid ok we earn less but part of the contract was my cleaner goes once a week and changes the bedding and towels, then we can keep our eye on the place,

@Inez70   When we book guests for more than a week, we put in the contract that there will be a mid-term cleaning of the bathrooms and a linen change.  Our housekeeper is only in the property for a specific amount of time and certain tasks, and the guest must be present so that there is no issue with possessions going missing.  The fee for the housekeeper is agreed upon prior to rental and is paid by the guest through the Resolution Center.
