My First Guest....

Hello Hosts!  I had my first guest this weekend.  I must say it was a nice experience.  He seemed happy and I was too.  He was respectful and quiet.  He came and went on time.  I hope he frequents my home as he seems to visit this area 3x a year.  Im looking for guests who work in the area hoping to accommodate them.  What types of guests do you enjoy having?

I enjoy all kind of guests because they are like a chapter in a book , each guest is different, So happy for you and now you are officially a host.
