My Refund never came

Hello,

Everytime I need to do a refund I also have an issue. I’ve had to do refunds last year a few of them with PayPal and never received my money so I just kinda let it go . This time I recently had to request a refund about a few days ago and it states to deposit by today but no money is here. I call my bank and they see the statement and that it deposited. I never got the money it’s like all I see is a statement but no money in my account I just don’t understand how this is a refund ? Is there something I’m missing I checked my account all week and I never saw the statement till like yesterday and it said it posted on the 3rd of April however I don’t have the money . Ugh has anyone dealt with this problem before how did you fix? I see. Few other post with same issue it’s depressing

Perhaps someone will be able to help you in this forum which is for guests & hosts to help each other, if you explained the issue a little better. "I have had to do refunds last year a few of them with PayPal and never received my money so I just kinda let it go ." do present a heck of a riddle.

@Sharlene32 If your bank can see the money then surely it has arrived. What does your bank say?

Yes my bank  said it has been posted. I messaged Airbnb after I got off the phone with them and they’re saying it has not come yet and is on the way
